Attacks on Waymo Robotaxis in San Francisco

With the increase in robotaxi journeys, reports of vandalism to the vehicles and obstructions to driving operations are now also becoming more frequent. As reported by NBC Bay Area, three graffiti attacks on the vehicles were reported in one day. All attacks took place within a few blocks of each other in the Mission District.

Also, in another video, men are seen stopping a car and harassing the female passenger and asking for her phone number.

Waymo says that these are very rare cases. The police are investigating these cases, but passengers are skeptical about the chances of success and the will of the San Francisco police to solve these cases.

Vehicles have already been attacked and even torched in the past. Here, too, the resolution of the cases was not very productive.
