Unidentified Golf Cart Spotted

This unidentified golf cart with five LiDARs was spotted around 3:30pm on the intersection River Oaks Parkway and North 1st Street in San Jose. Leading this vehicle was another golf cart without sensors.

Any hints are appreciated.

UPDATE: The vehicle is a Polaris GEM.
