Karoo, a Finnish provider of caravans, wants to conquer the mass market for electric car owners with an affordable caravan. With a price starting at €29,900 or a monthly installment of €349, it should be affordable.
The admittedly limited space can be individually extended using awning modules.
What are the specifications? The total weight is 825 kilograms, of which 750 kilograms is the unladen weight. The length with trailer coupling is 5 meters, the width 2.05 meters, the height 2.16 meters, and includes a 6 kWh lithium-ion battery.
The caravan is equipped with a bed for 2 children or 2 adults, a shower with toilet and a kitchen with a pull-out hob.
The caravan can be pre-ordered today with a deposit of €100 and is scheduled for delivery starting 2026.
