Waymo Opens Robotaxis in Bay Area to More Groups

In the Bay Area south of San Francisco, Waymo has been offering its Waymo One robotaxi service to local residents since mid March now. This was previously regulated by the registered zip code of the user. Today, however, Waymo has opened up the robotaxi service to other groups. I received an email today with the notice, and the app itself also indicated that I can now use Waymo One in the area around Palo Alto, Los Altos, Mountain View and parts of Sunnyvale.
