Robodock: Autonomous Depots For Robotaxis

Anyone who has seen the videos about robotaxi depots will have noticed how much of the work, from charging to cleaning, is still done manually by humans. That is now set to change.

Two graduates of Stanford University have founded Robodock, a startup that aims to automate charging using charging robots and visual inspection for damage to the vehicle exterior. The aim is to reduce downtime and accelerate the growth of robotaxi fleets.
