Unidentified Autonomous Vehicle with Boxed Cameras

A Hyundai with a box with six cameras was spotted in the Bay Area by MacCallister Higgins, who works for autonomous driving startup Voyage. On the front seat was a monitor with cables attached.

An industry insider suggests that it could be a car from startup  Phantom.ai(?)

Any hints who it is is highly appreciated.
