Unknown Autonomous Car Spotted in Mountain View

This Nissan Leaf with Lidar and circularly arranged camera system on the roof was spotted multiples times this week on Castro Street and the neighboring blocks in downtown Mountain View.

The car was not marked and its unknown which entity is testing with this vehicle. Any hints are welcome.
