UPSis the latest of well-known companies have pre-ordered Tesla’s new all-eletric semi. UPS ordered 125 vechicles. The company operates already today 8,500 vehicles with alternative fuel systems.
UPS is yet another company have paid desposits of 5,000 dollars for the semi, which is expected to start production in 2019. Morgan Stanley-Analyst Adam Jones estimates that Tesla so far has received 1,230 pre-orders. One semi costs between 150,000 and 200,000 dollars.
