Unidentified SUV Spotted in San Jose

An unidentified SUV with three lidars on the roof and sensor mounts on the front and rear bumper was spotted on August 20th, 2018 on River Oaks Parkway in San Jose at around 11am.

Any hints what company that is are highly appreciated.

UPDATE: I saw the vehicle again, and again too late for clear pictures. Still I post them here.
