Unidentified Subaru Spotted on Highway 280

From our reader Katharina Lehmann we received pictures of a Subaru with this interesting contraption. She spotted the vehicle past Friday on highway 280 around Los Altos and Stanford. I have also seen the car this Sunday on Highway 101.

It has a mount similar to the ones Google Street View cars show, with cameras and GPS at the top. But the tower itself has 3 lidars with slightly different angles above each other.

Any hint what maker it could be are highly appreciated.
