Waymo Training High Beaming Other Driver

This scene may not look like much, but in fact the Waymo car had to stop in the middle of the intersection due to a left turning car coming from the opposite lane blocking it’s lane. The Waymo stops and the Waymo safety driver engages the high beam to signal the other driver to go ahead. This is not well visible in the video, but I stood there and noticed the safety driver using the high beam.
