A Tesla Model 3 plowed into an overturned truck on this Taiwanese highway (Original source: Twitter). It is not yet clear whether the vehicle was in Autopilot mode (see update: it was). Note also the person standing in front of the overturned truck in the left passing lane and almost being run over.
And here in higher quality and more video material:
Also the airbags seem not to have deployed, as can be seen on the following photo:

The situation is reminiscent of the fatal accident in May 2016 with Tesla driver Joshua Brown, who drove into an articulated truck crossing the highway with his Model S in autopilot mode and was beheaded.
In this case, however, the 53-year-old driver, Mr. Huang, luckily was not injured.
These images were taken by surveillance cameras on southbound National Highway 1 at the 2668.4 kilometer mark in Taiwan on June 1st, 2020.
UPDATE: According to the driver, the vehicle had been driving in autopilot mode at a speed of 110 km/h, when the driver saw the overturned truck and applied the brakes (too late).
