Reddit user msitty1 posted this image of a Lexus with LiDAR on the roof and something that looks like cameras on the rear window pointing backwards. The image was taken at the National Mall in Washington D.C.
The vehicle has a manufacturer license plate from the US state of Michigan. This could be a test vehicle – possibly for ‘ground truth’ – from Toyota/Lexus itself. Please provide us with some information, if you know more.
