Unidentified Lincoln Spotted in Sunnyvale

Brad Templeton of Robocars spotted this Lincoln MKZ in Sunnyvale. A vehicle with similar sensor setup – but without LiDARs – and New Jersey license plates was spotted in San Jose a few weeks ago.

Any information of which self-driving car developer this could be will be highly appreciated.
