Again 8 Cruise Got Stuck

And again it hit Cruise with a crippled fleet of robotaxis. After two known incidents, where once a dozen and once four vehicles were observed to have switched to emergency mode and parked on the side of the road or in the middle of the road, this time it hit 8 vehicles on the American National Day on July 4.

The cause for this incident seems at least to have been triggered by a temporary street closure due in San Francisco’s Mission district to the 4th of July festivities.
