Chinese company Pegasus Technology became the current 49th company to receive a testing license that allows the company to test autonomous vehicles on all public roads in California. According to its website, the company’s goal is as follows:

The company has its U.S. headquarters in San Jose at 2870 Zanker Road, and in China in Shanghai.
