Waymos and Human Drivers Blocking Each Other

Here is a human driver trying to move out of a parking spot, assuming he has not enough space to back out with a driverless Waymo waiting for him. Another car with a human driver blocks the Waymo to take the parking spot. In the meanwhile, another driverless Waymo has to wait behind the first Waymo and then a row of more human driven cars are waiting for the situation to clear up.

This situation happened on Clement Street in San Francisco on May 13th, 2023 at around 8pm.
