Waymo Truck Spotted

Our reader Katharina Lehmann sent us some pictures from a Waymo truck that she spotted on highway 280. One of the six platforms that Google-sister Waymo has been developing and testing it’s self-driving platform is a semi truck.

Interesting detail: the trailer shows the dirt being wiped clean at the door handle. Could it be that the Waymo truck is testing with a load, like Embark and Uber have already done?

And yes: The car from which this picture were made is a Tesla Model 3.
