First Pictures of Kodiak Robotics Trucks

Kodiak Robotics, a just recently founded startup that raised already 40 million dollars in venture capital, is preparing its first autonomous test vehicles. Two red Kenworth T680 where spotted at the company’s parking lots, though still not with any visible sensor mounts.

Although: on the one hand there seems to be a non-standard black rectangle just above the license plate (radar?), and on the other hand a scaffold behind the driver cabin seems to point to preparatory work on the vehicle.

Maybe not all too spectacular, but now we know that we have to look for red semis to see Kodiak Robotics in action.
