Unidentified Nissan Spotted in San Jose

This unidentified Nissan SUV was spotted on Thursday March 14th, 2019 on North 1st Street turning into River Oak Parkway. Just before that car appeared, a Lincoln MKZ with a similar setup followed the same route (no video, I was on the bike).

My hunch is that this could be a Nio test mule, as Nio is just a block down from there and I saw it turning onto North 1st Street from Innovation Drive, which is the back entrance of the Nio building and where they have their autonomous test vehicles.

Any hints are appreciated.
