Driverless Waymo Spotted In School Zone

Recently, autonomous Waymos without drivers on board have been driving through the streets of Chandler, and sightings are increasing. And not just any. Here’s a video of a deserted Waymos patiently waiting in front of a pedestrian crossing, with a group of school kids passing in a school zone.

It’s unbelievable to see how safe Waymos are on the road today, that the vehicles can even be in highly sensitive zones like in front of a school. No talk of “autonomous cars still need at least another 15 years“, as the automotive experts in Europe are always trying to tell us in authoritative tone. Autonomous cars are already here today and they will soon be coming to your neighborhood.
