The Chinese electric vehicle manufacture Faraday Future, that has recently been riddled with financial and staffing problems, presented at the CES 2017 in Las Vegas its new vehicle, which it has been teasing in videos for weeks. Under the name FF91 the company unveiled a vehicle, which will be available first in a limited edition of 300 cars under the Alliance Edition, which can be reserved now with a fully refundable deposit of 5,000 dollar. The edition comes in a ‘Silicon-Valley-Aluminum’-paint.
The car comes with connect car and self-driving technology. It opens the doors with its biometric sensors and the app on the driver’s phone. The car’s also equipped with a retractable Lidar, 10 cameras, 13 radars, and 12 sensors, as well as mirror cameras.
The technical details of the car: 370 miles (592 kilometers) EPA-range, 130kWh Battery, 1.050 horse powers, acceleration from 0 to 60 in 2,44 seconds, 500 miles (800 kilometers) charge per hour.
The first car will be auctioned off in March 2017 for an environmental protection fund.
