Unidentified Autonomous Vehicle on Highway 101

This Lincoln MKZ was spotted on Highway 101 northbound at Redwood City. It’s equipped with radar sensors and two small cameras on the back mirrors. There are not visible Lidars attached. The license plate 061M688 is from Michigan.

Any hint about which company is operating this car is highly appreciated.
