Unidentified Lincoln Spotted in Los Altos

An unidentified Lincoln MKZ with a set of two Lidar pucks mounted on the roof was spotted today at around 2pm on San Antonio Road at the intersection Cuesta Drive in Los Altos.

Alas, this time the traffic gods were not with me, as two red lights took too long and I lost the car when trying to follow it.

Any hints what company it could be is as always highly appreciated. Here is a video:
