This unidentified vehicle with an unusual sensor roof mount was spotted on Highway 152 in California east bound at 10:06am on August 19th, 2019. Noteworthy is the Velodyne LiDAR that is hoisted on a pyramid style tower and also the downwards-facing LiDAR Pucks. It could be a mapping vehicle.
The same vehicle was already spotted once in Ontario, CA.
Any hints are highly appreciated.

Angle is odd but it looks like the lidar is tilted back. Tilted lidar is almost always mapping lidar, not driving.
