First Driverless Ride In a Voyage-Robotaxi

After Waymo, AutoX and GM Cruise, Palo Alto-based robotaxi startup Voyage is now showing off its development progress with fully driverless autonomous cars.

Voyage CEO Oliver Cameron posted a video on Twitter with clips from a test drive in an empty parking lot where a Tesla simulated a moving road user:

This is a meaningful moment for @voyage, and a glimpse of an exciting future not too distant.

The vehicle in the video has the new G3 version of Voyage’s software and hardware installed. This version will soon be installed in the Voyage robotaxis already in operation.
