As the year draws to a close, another start-up is unveiling an electric car: Irvine, California-based Alpha Motor Corporation unveiled its ACE, a coupe that is unusual in its form but at the same time reminiscent of the best agent movie days of the 1960s.
The vehicle is based on a modular design on which other vehicles such as the ICON will also be developed.
Performance specs are for a range of more than 250 miles (400 kilometers), rear-wheel drive, acceleration from 0 to 60mph (96 km/h) in 6 seconds, weight of 1,600 kilograms, fast charger and battery cooling and heating. The two-seater is 4.18 meters long, 1.886 meters wide, has a height of 1.45 meters and comes with wheels between 16 and 18 inches. It is still unclear at what price and when the vehicle will be available.

Inside the dynamic ACE™ Coupe is comfortable front seats for the driver and passenger, along with compact rear seats for occasional storage. Furthermore, a central display integrates user interface controls that can be synchronized or replaced with the user’s own electronic device.
