Delivery Bots by Google?

Bots, bots, bots! Starship Technologies, Kiwibot and yesterday the Tesla Bot in a humanoid form. We obviously can’t get enough of little delivery robots or helpers that will do tasks for us.

And now I see these delivery robots driving around the Computer History Museum at the Google campus in Mountain View. Yesterday I encountered these two, still somewhat like a research project looking bots, equipped with cameras (and is that a LiDAR?) and a cargo bed driving on sidewalks, crossing streets and stopping and avoiding obstacles.

Is this a Google project?
