The resurrection of the hugging ball is making progress. The Swiss company Microlino wowed electromobility fans with a concept strongly reminiscent of the legendary BMW Isetta (see image gallery).




With a range of 230 kilometers, a weight of 513 kilograms, and a top speed of 90 km/h, two people can experience electromobility in this city runabout comfortably and without parking worries for a price of €12,500.
The Microlino assembly line in Turin, Italy, is now up and running, producing the last pre-series vehicles before the company begins production of the first series vehicles. Over 80% of the parts come from European countries.
